Looking for a perfect New Years treat? Maria’s Gourmet Edibles will be featuring their Milwaukee Stuffed Bread this Sunday (12/27) The bread begins with bratwurst simmered in locally produced beer; then it is grilled and combined with lightly sweet/sour red cabbage and a wonderfully aged, creamy Irish cheddar. Looks beautiful when sliced and plated too!
Nicola’s Pasta Fresca will be featuring a Chicken Ravioli, egg pasta filled with pastured, naturally raised chicken from LL Pittenger Farm, fresh ricotta, smoked Scamorza and sun dried tomatoes.
