Beer Batter Fried Pickles Recipe

1 pint Pickle Licious Kosher Dill Pickles, Sliced into quarter spears
1 large egg
1 (12oz.) can of beer
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Vegetable oil

Pat pickles dry with paper towels
Whisk together egg, beer, salt, and flour into a large bowl and whisk until smooth
Pour oil into a large skillet; medium-high heat
Dip pickle spears into batter, allow excess batter to drip off
Fry pickles 3-4 minutes or until golden
Drain and pat dry on paper towels; serve immediately
